About the Role
Partner with operational leaders to understand how the business creates value and identify opportunities to improve performance.
Provide insight into key operational and commercial performance drivers, including cost, productivity, waste and efficiency.
Deliver site and production line analysis to support operational decision‑making.
Lead month‑end reporting and support forecasting and budgeting processes.
Own the product costing and cost modelling process across manufacturing operations.
Support value creation initiatives, working capital improvement and cost‑saving programmes.
Lead and evaluate capital investment projects and business cases.
Embed robust financial controls, governance and best‑practice processes across multiple sites.
Act as a trusted adviser to operational leaders, helping shape strategy and performance plans.
About You
- Strong finance business partnering experience within a manufacturing, operations or commercial environment.
- Ability to influence, challenge and support senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insight.
- Experience managing budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
- Strong understanding of product costing, operational finance and value creation.
- Knowledge of financial controls, governance and audit requirements.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused and continuously looking for improvements.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- A passion for partnering with the business to drive performance and create value.
- Ideally ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Strong financial analysis, reporting and business partnering skills.
- Advanced Excel and strong systems capability.
