DS Smith is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Belper. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers, managing order processes and ensuring satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are proactive with B2B or B2C experience, possess strong organizational skills, and are proficient in Microsoft applications.
