Are you a detail driven Creative Artworker with a passion for print and digital design? Join DS Smith and be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team delivering innovative, high-quality creative solutions across a wide range of formats — from banners and posters to 3D displays.
We’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between creative ideas and flawless execution. You’ll be hands-on in the development and refinement of artwork, ensuring it’s production-ready and meets brand and retail guidelines across both digital and physical touchpoints.
Responsibilities will include:
Translating creative concepts into accurate, print- and digital-ready artwork
Creating and adapting designs for a wide range of formats, including 3D displays
Ensuring consistency and precision across all output
Working closely with designers, marketers, and production teams
About you
Excellent project management track record
Implementation of continuous improvement and value engineering programmes.
Experience in the Packaging industry, ideally in a technical/design role
Good technical understanding of our materials and box performance factors
Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills
Enthusiastic, influential and strives for excellence
An ability to develop and execute alternative solutions
Excellent analytical and problem solving
Excellent project and time management skills
Good communication skills – written and verbal
Manage and prioritise your activity to maximise value creation, business retention and profitable growth.
