We have an exciting opportunity for a Workday Specialist – Payroll, Compensation & Benefits to join our Workday team. As a Workday – Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Expert, you will report to the HCM Global Process Controller and serve as the SME for this area, providing outstanding support to payroll and compensation teams across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • You will drive the future roadmap for payroll, compensation and benefits in Workday; collaborate with key stakeholders to define processes, analyse efficiencies, test and implement creative solutions;
  • Use expert industry knowledge to identify potential enhancements and suggest improvements;
  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert to deliver ongoing support.

Qualifications:

  • Workday SME with extensive knowledge of HR processes around payroll, compensation, and benefits.
  • Experience configuring Workday Payroll (including Holiday Pay), Compensation (including Merit Review) and Benefits; configuration capability is essential.
  • Advanced analytical and technical skills, demonstrated through project involvement and support roles.
  • Involved in building Merit Review processes and in feeding Time & Attendance and Absence data into Workday Payroll.
  • Workday certification is beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and self‑management skills.
  • Ability to follow project plans, adhere to processes, monitor progress, and report status.
