DS Smith is seeking a Workday Specialist – Payroll, Compensation & Benefits to join the Workday team in a role reporting to the HCM Global Process Controller. You will act as the SME for Workday in payroll, compensation and benefits and drive the roadmap for this area.

You will support payroll, reward and HR teams, define processes, analyze efficiencies, test solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements. A strong Workday background and communication skills are essential.
