Du bist der Dreh- und Angelpunkt in der Produktion, steuerst und kontrollierst den Prozess und sorgst so dafür, dass die Maschinen laufen.
Deine Aufgaben als Maschinenführer:
- Du betreibst, wartest und reparierst Maschinen, entdeckst Fehler sofort und behebst diese.
- Du rüstest und fährst die Produktionsmaschinen, fertigst den Auftrag und steuerst den Produktionsprozess.
- Du optimierst unsere Prozess- und Fertigungsabläufe zur Steigerung der Verfügbarkeit der Maschinen.
- Du hältst alle geltenden Sicherheitsbestimmungen ein (H&S usw.).
- Du weist Hilfspersonal ein und bist gerne Teil eines Teams.
- Du prüfst die Aufträge und Unterlagen, um die Produktionsprozesse hinsichtlich unserer qualitäts- und produktivitätsgerechten Fertigung zu steuern.
Dein Profil als Maschinenführer:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem anerkannten mechanisch/technischen Beruf oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (idealerweise Packmitteltechnologe oder Verpackungsmittelmechaniker).
- Du bringst Erfahrung als Maschinenführer bzw. im Bedienen von Produktionsmaschinen mit.
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und hast idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit computergesteuerten Anlagen und Maschinen.
- Du hast ein technisches Verständnis, bist zuverlässig, engagiert und teamfähig.
- Du arbeitest gerne zu unterschiedlichen Tages- und Nachtzeiten in einem 3-Schichtsystem und nimmst die damit verbundenen Vorteile mit (Schichtwechsel wochenweise, Sa/So frei).
- Du besitzt hohes Verantwortungs-, Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein.
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
