Vastaamme pienten ja keskisuurten asiakkuuksien kokonaisvaltaisesta palvelusta, mikä tarkoittaa myynti- ja tilausprosessin kokonaisvaltaista hallintaa. Työskentelemme asiakasrajapinnassa, palvelemme ja kehittelemme olemassa olevia asiakkuuksia sekä fokusoimme uusien asiakashankintojen parissa.

Tehtäviisiin kuuluu mm. asiakkaiden tarpeiden kartoittaminen, tarjousten laatiminen, asiakkaiden neuvonta pakkausratkaisuissa ja tietojen syöttäminen järjestelmään, eli kokonaisvaltainen tilaus- ja toimitusprosessin hallinta. Vastaa oman asiakasportfoliosi myynnin kehityksestä, asiakastyytyväisyydestä ja asiakassuhteiden ylläpidosta. Työskentelet tiiviisti yhdessä tuotesuunnittelun, tuotannon, toimitusketjun sekä muiden sisäisten sidosryhmien kanssa varmistaaksesi sujuvan palvelun asiakkaillemme.
