HGV Class 1 Driver at Kemsley Paper Mill, Sittingbourne, ME10 2TD

Salary range: Day driver (5 days a week) £39,898.16

Working hours: 12 hours days, starting between 04:00am and 07:00am. 48 hour per week. Monday - Friday.

DS Smith Logistics operate a large fleet of HGV Class 1 vehicles, with curtain-sider trailers, delivering and collecting DS Smith products from within the UK from our 4 depots based in Avonmouth, Launceston, Tuxford and Sittingbourne.

As a driver, you will be required to transport paper materials to various UK locations or the collection of raw materials to return to your home depot. We offer a positive work / life balance and an unrivalled host of benefits and support when you join us in the DS Smith family.

About you:

  • Must have a Category Class 1 License, a valid DCPC, a valid Digital Tacho card.
  • Safe & efficient, have good attention to detail, flexible, a 'can do' attitude and able to work as part of a team.
  • Travel time to and from site (ME10 2TD) must not exceed 45 minutes, to comply with driving safety regulations.
