We’re looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and who can bring the right balance of leadership, organisation and problem-solving. The role goes beyond managing day-to-day activity – you’ll be responsible for creating a culture where your team can perform at their very best, working closely with colleagues across departments to improve processes, reduce costs and deliver on our customer commitments. You will focus on the performance management of key personnel to ensure that productivity improvement plans are met, also ensuring departmental targets are achieved and actively pursuing improvements in the workplace through cooperation with the Shift Manager, Production Manager, Quality Coordinator and other colleagues.

As a Shift Team Leader you will:
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver against performance targets and KPIs.
- Manage and support key personnel ensuring productivity improvement plans are achieved.
- Collaborate with the Shift Manager, Production Manager, Quality Coordinator and other colleagues to drive continuous improvement.
- Work across departments to support change programmes that improve business performance and reduce costs.
- Champion a positive, safe and high-performing workplace culture.
