We're looking for an outstanding Global Key Account Director to lead and grow one of our most strategic large FMCG global partnerships. This is a high-profile, high-impact leadership role with full accountability for the end-to-end commercial, operational and contractual performance of a complex global account.
You'll operate at the centre of a multi-market partnership, driving delivery across key pillars including Shopper Conversion, Sustainability and Productivity, while shaping a clear long-term growth agenda. You'll combine strategic thinking with disciplined execution, bringing strong business insight to identify opportunities, and ensuring global teams are aligned behind a clear, actionable plan.
At the same time, you'll build deep, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, consistently delivering a customer-focused approach that strengthens the partnership and creates long-term value. This is a role for someone who enjoys working at pace, navigating complexity, and turning strategy into meaningful, measurable outcomes.
