We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Production Technician with Ralegh, part of the DS Smith Packaging Group. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in manufacturing and learning the tool-making trade within the corrugated packaging industry.
You will be working as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that produces high quality, bespoke tooling to support packaging production. We support our colleagues by providing regular training and guidance to support your development and learning the craft of toolmaking with opportunities for progression and skill development over time. You will also work with the team to always contribute to safe standards of work.

- No previous experience required – full training will be provided

- Ability to reliably travel to our site in Manby
