DS Smith Europe is seeking a Process Development Engineer to advance process chemistry across our mill network.
The role involves optimizing chemistry at scale, running trials, and translating data into on-site improvements.
You will lead the Process Chemistry Working Group, collaborate with Procurement and R&D, and coach mill teams in best practices for cleaner, more efficient papermaking.
Regular travel is expected across our mills in Europe.
