Their work spans healthcare, property, technology, and charity, and we seek someone who can help streamline processes, optimise operations, and uphold the excellence that defines their brand.

While experience in a medical or clinical setting is advantageous, it is not a requirement. We are looking for a proactive individual with a high attention to detail who can build strong relationships and is comfortable working across both strategic and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Precision and Grounded Leadership: Introduce and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our operations. You will ensure that all our healthcare and property services meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time. Your keen eye for detail will help streamline procedures, increase performance, optimise workflows, and reduce costs. Your grounded approach and leadership style will ensure that all ongoing activities are smoothly managed, keeping everyone connected and on track.
  2. Data-Driven and Activity-Based Leadership: Lead and manage operational teams by focusing on measurable outcomes and ongoing activity. Your leadership will be guided by clear objectives and precise targets. You’ll oversee performance evaluations, ensuring that the team consistently meets high standards.
  3. Strategic Operations Management: Collaborate with senior management to develop operational strategies that align with the company’s business goals. You’ll play a crucial role in setting strategic objectives for operational efficiency and business growth, always with a focus on clarity, control, and connection.
  4. Facilities and Compliance Management: Take primary responsibility for managing the facilities at Harley Street, including the clinic, consultation rooms, and short-stay apartments. Ensure that all clinical operations are CQC-compliant and maintain an exceptional standard for patient and guest experiences.
  5. Resource Management and Optimisation: Manage and procure resources, ensuring that everything from tools to inventory is maintained at optimal levels. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly and within budget.
  6. Compliance, Risk Management, and Compassion: Ensure that all operations comply with legal and company regulations. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing best practices, identifying potential risks, and creating effective mitigation plans. Your care and compassion will ensure that these processes are handled with a focus on the well-being of all involved.
  7. Digital Marketing and Social Media Oversight: Oversee the organisation’s digital marketing and social media activities, working closely with internal and external teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and maximise online presence.
  8. Project Management: Oversee the retrofit of two interior consultation rooms into CQC-compliant operating theatres, managing the procurement and coordination of consultants and construction services to ensure timely and compliant delivery during Q1 2025.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends in operational management, bringing innovative ideas to the table. You’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement, where attention to detail and human connection are the norms, ensuring both operational efficiency and the emotional well-being of the team.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in operational management, with a strong track record in setting and achieving KPIs.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in operational software and MS Office.
  • A meticulous and highly organised approach, with a focus on detail, accuracy, and grounded decision-making.

  • Experience in a medical or clinical setting would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Previous digital marketing and/or social media experience is beneficial but not essential.
