Head of Project Delivery We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Project Delivery at a company based in Wokingham. As the head of Project delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of all project delivery activities with managing the operational base. Key Responsibilities: o Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. o Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices. o Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient resource allocation. o Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve objectives. o Communicate project status, risks, and challenges effectively to stakeholders. o Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. o Manage temporary staff during high workloads o Provide oversight and training to staff during build phase of projects o Oversee the operational base, ensuring all facilities and resources are optimized for project delivery. o Implement safety and compliance standards in line with industry regulations. o Develop and manage internal project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery. o Reporting and Analysis * * Driving new deals with suppliers What you will bring to the company: o Experience of project management including a track record of delivering complex projects. o Line management and the development of project teams and team structures o An ability to identify and influence the key decision makers at all levels o Good commercial and contractual knowledge is a prerequisite. To include demonstrable experience. o Be customer-facing and able to easily build relationships o Team player as well as able to work on own initiative.Continuous Improvement Skills /Qualifications: o Project/Programme Management. o Strong leadership and team management skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. o Proficiency in project management software and tools. o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
