I have been asked by one of my clients to find candidates with health and safety experience to train up and learn the HSEQ Coordinator role. My client is one of the most successful RC frame and groundworks specialists in the UK and they are growing their business steadily and sustainably- current turnover is around the £50 m mark and their profit margins on this are very impressive. This makes for a solid base to kick start your health and safety career. The ideal candidate will have a few years experience in the construction industry, preferably from a groundworks and/or frame background, NEBOSH General and Construction accredited and CPCS Appointed Personnel qualified. If you don’t fulfil all these criteria this isn’t an issue as full training and support will be provided to gain the necessary experience and qualifications. In this opportunity you will be working closely with the HSE Director of the business and the learning curve will be a steep one- this is a fast-track route to becoming a HSE Manager. The salary on offer will be between 35-45k plus a package There is room for negotiation on these figures though for especially promising candidates.
