I have been asked to find a Senior/Managing QS for one of my clients - a Groundworks/Civil Engineering specialist with a 50/50 split between commercial and residential projects. This is a pivotal time for the business and thus it’s a key opportunity for both your career and potential challenges/rewards going forward.
You’ll be responsible for a commercial team of 3 (experienced) surveyors and be switched on, articulate and ambitious. Ideally you will have a degree background and at least 3-5 years in a senior quantity surveying role. Experience in groundworks/Civil Engineering contracting is essential for this opportunity.
My client is looking to at least double turnover in the medium term with optimistic/achievable growth plans beyond that. The salary and package reflect the importance of this genuine career opportunity. There is a basic salary of between 75-85k along with a package of benefits.
