Senior Quantity Surveyor

Position

I have been asked to find a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a reinforced concrete/groundworks contracting background for my client- an RC frame specialist operating across the country.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects in the West Midlands across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Handle packages typically between £10m – £30m, with larger amounts on infrastructure schemes.
• Possibly operate as part of a team, with overall commercial responsibility for projects.

About the Contractor

This contractor has a £130m turnover and sustained annual growth even during the challenging recent years.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience with a reinforced concrete contractor.
• At least 10 years overall experience in quantity surveying or related fields.
• Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering degree.
• Wide knowledge of concrete frames/structures and associated groundworks.
• Confident, experienced, professional and competent.

Compensation

The rates are at a level that should attract the right calibre of candidate – between £(Apply online only) per day with room for negotiation.
