I have been asked to find a Senior Project Manager for this scheme which is due to commence near Enfield in the next month or so. My client's package includes multiple bridge structures and there will be an exposed concrete finish on much of the project. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience of NEC contracts and proficiency of CEMAR- construction contract management and reporting software- this helps with compliance, management and streamlining of complex projects/contracts. CEMAR experience, although not essential. will certainly be very useful. On offer is a daily rate (or equivalent salary and package) of between £(Apply online only) per day, the opportunity to join a market leading contractor in their sector and realistic and achievable long-term prospects. My client has asked me to speak to candidates from a reinforced concrete subcontracting background who have successfully delivered large and complex structural packages particularly under the NEC form of contract. Due to the size of this project the site team will be significantly larger than my client's usual site team. This will obviously add to the challenge of this opportunity.
