The company I am working with operates on a regional basis and is known for service and delivery of earthworks/remediation/civil engineering schemes. Initially, my client built its reputation on traditional earthworks and has recently diversified into new sectors.
Current schemes are split between residential and commercial clients. Projects tend to range from a few hundred thousand £ up to several million £.
This contractor is a well-known name and they have developed a strong reputation. In order to continue this, they are looking for Project Managers for schemes in the North West of England - there are currently projects both live and about to commence in these locations.
The ideal candidate will have worked as a Project Manager for specialist remediation/earthworks contractors and an educational background in Civil Engineering/geology/geo-environmental related subjects will be very useful although not essential.
The key is the knowledge and practical experience of the remediation of contaminated land and associated earthworks.
We are searching for candidates who are looking to prove themselves in a challenging yet rewarding environment. You will have full support from the office and 'in the field' with established site delivery teams.
On offer is a starting salary of between £60-70k plus a healthy benefits package. Opportunities for future promotion are tangible in this growing business.
Staff turnover in this company is low and this is a pivotal period in the fortunes and long-term success of the business.
