I have been asked to find the following for new projects in and around Birmingham. My client is a recognised RC structures specialist operating across the UK:
- Project Managers
- Project Engineers
- Construction/Works Managers
- Site Engineers
I’m looking for candidates with experience of the delivery of large concrete structures packages on Civil Engineering/infrastructure, commercial and residential schemes. These packages can be anywhere from £5 m up to around £65 m. Your experience will need to be with reinforced concrete/groundworks specialists. These opportunities are long-term and it looks like there will be at least 3-4 years minimum according to current programmed works.
As a rough guide, Project Manager daily rates will be around £400-£450, Works/Construction Managers around £400, Project Engineers £350-£400 and Site Engineers £300-£350. Rates are dependent on relevant experience but will be plenty of room for negotiation to secure the best possible candidates.
