A DSMaketing está buscando um SDR Inside Sales (Pleno/Sênior) com paixão por vendas e habilidades comprovadas em pré-vendas para se juntar ao nosso time! Se você possui facilidade em identificar e qualificar oportunidades, lidar com objeções e dominar técnicas como SPIN Selling, temos a vaga certa para você!

O SDR tem grande responsabilidade em dar velocidade e qualidade na preparação dos clientes para reunião, por isso temos uma remuneração fixo mais variável que pode ir de R$ 2200 a R$ 8500 com o batimento de metas, bonus e campanhas!

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Atuar como BDR, responsável pela geração de leads e qualificação de oportunidades de venda.
  • Sua missão será realizar o contato com os leads, qualificar os potenciais clientes e agendar reuniões de demonstração para os closers.
  • Fazer mais de 100 contatos diários via telefone, WhatsApp e e-mail, utilizando técnicas avançadas de pré-venda.
  • Utilizar e gerenciar ferramentas como discador automático, CRM e outras plataformas para otimizar a rotina de trabalho.
  • Identificar as necessidades dos leads e construir relações comerciais com foco em persuasão e resultados.
  • Superar objeções com confiança e oferecer soluções que atendam às necessidades dos potenciais clientes.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência prévia como BDR ou Inside Sales (nível pleno ou sênior).
  • Conhecimento profundo em técnicas de pré-vendas, incluindo SPIN Selling e gerenciamento de objeções.
  • Excelente comunicação, poder de persuasão e facilidade comercial.
  • Habilidade comprovada para lidar com alto volume de contatos (mais de 100 por dia).
  • Experiência com ferramentas como discadores automáticos, WhatsApp e CRM.
  • Alta capacidade de organização e foco em metas.

Diferenciais:

  • Mais de 70% do nosso time comercial atinge niveis de Meta 1 ou 2.
  • Experiência em setores de marketing digital ou vendas de serviços B2B.
