We are seeking applications from clinicians with a minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience and registration in the UK. In this role you will grow your medical knowledge of a wide variety of medical, cognitive and mental health conditions.

Requirements:

  • One year’s post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist or physiotherapist
  • Fully registered with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC or other), without restriction or conditions and with a valid PIN
  • Excellent observational and communication skills, giving you the ability to listen, empathise and dig deeper
  • The ability to type at a minimum of 30 words per minute.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Full-time Monday to Friday 9-5
  • Salary £39,500-£42,000 per annum with £1,000 salary uplift after first 6 months (PIP only) and £1,000 after 12 months (PIP and WCA)
  • Work-life balance: 9am-5pm contracts with no nights, weekends or shift work required

  • Hybrid position with minimum 2 days per week at one of our consultation centres

Responsibilities:

You will undertake a combination of file-work, face-to-face and telephone/video assessments with customers in relation to PIP OR ESA benefits and provide comprehensive reports to enable decision makers at DWP to make informed decisions regarding benefit claims. Such assessments focus on how a disability affects a customer’s day-to-day life and performing work-related activities. Comprehensive training will provide you the skills to support customers and transfer your current skills and knowledge to the level required for the role. You will have ongoing CPD, with over 100 hours CPD protected per annum, support with revalidation and the opportunity to develop your career within the organisation.
