Role Overview:
We are recruiting for registered Nurses, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists in Oxford who want to build upon their clinical skills and knowledge and benefit from an excellent work-life balance and professional development. In this role you will grow your medical knowledge of a wide variety of medical, cognitive and mental health conditions. You will undertake a combination of file-work, face-to-face and telephone/video assessments with customers in relation to PIP or ESA benefits and provide comprehensive reports to enable decision makers at DWP to make informed decisions regarding benefit claims. Such assessments focus on how a disability affects a customer’s day to day life and performing work related activities. The role is full time Monday to Friday 9 – 5 and offers a salary of £43,000 to £45,500.

Requirements:
- One year's post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist or physiotherapist.
- Fully registered with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC or other), without restriction or conditions and with a valid PIN.
- Excellent observational and communication skills, giving you the ability to listen, empathise and dig deeper.
- The ability to type at a minimum of 30 words per minute.
