Role Overview:

We are recruiting for registered Nurses, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists in Oxford who want to build upon their clinical skills and knowledge and benefit from an excellent work-life balance and professional development. In this role you will grow your medical knowledge of a wide variety of medical, cognitive and mental health conditions.

You will undertake a combination of file-work, face-to-face and telephone/video assessments with customers in relation to PIP or ESA benefits and provide comprehensive reports to enable decision makers at DWP to make informed decisions regarding benefit claims. Such assessments focus on how a disability affects a customer’s day to day life and performing work related activities.

The role is full time Monday to Friday 9 – 5 and offers a salary of £43,000 to £45,500.

  • £1,000 salary uplift after your first 6 months and a further £1,000 salary uplift after 12 months
  • Up to 10% quality and performance bonus once you’re an Approved Functional Assessor
