Ready to lead paid media, affiliate, and email marketing for an internationally recognised outdoor brand?

We’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team on a 14-month fixed-term basis.

You’ll play a key role in directing our external agencies and internal resources to plan, execute, and optimise Dryrobe®'s digital paid media, affiliate, and email marketing channels, driving growth and maximising marketing ROI.

Working cross-functionally with our Head of Brand, Creative, and E-commerce teams, you will champion optimal channel utilisation and lead our external partners to deliver impactful, brand-aligned campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage data-driven insights to elevate our digital presence and help us scale globally.

About you

You are a highly analytical, results-oriented marketer with proven experience in digital performance and affiliate marketing.

You possess a strong working knowledge of PPC (Google Ads), Meta Ads Manager, and affiliate platforms like Awin, backed by a solid understanding of website analytics and attribution tools (GA4, Triple Whale, Google Merchant Center).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll be the bridge between our internal teams and external agency partners.

You are a natural collaborator who can confidently present performance data while keeping our authentic brand voice at the centre of everything.

Ideally, you have a genuine passion for the outdoors and active lifestyles, helping you naturally align with our community's core values.
