What Youll Be Responsible For (Initially)
- Hands-On Campaigns & Lead Generation
- Personally lead the delivery of organic and paid lead generation campaigns
- Oversee and optimise Google and LinkedIn advertising
- Use insight and data to improve performance across the funnel
- Stay close to execution to understand what truly drives results
- Shape and contribute to content and thought leadership
- Grow Lexxics visibility and authority across LinkedIn and B2B channels
- Ensure all marketing activity reinforces Lexxics expertise in neurodiversity
- Lead delivery of webinars and online events
- Play a key role in major initiatives such as Neurodiversity Celebration Week
- Ensure events drive engagement, credibility and conversion
- Own HubSpot CRM, reporting and marketing processes
- Create and refine sales enablement materials
- Ensure marketing activity clearly supports pipeline growth
