DRW is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to enhance our recruiting efforts Front Office Globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience direct sourcing Portfolio Managers, Traders and Quantitative Analysts in either Commodities, Equities or FICC Options.
- Advise stakeholders and guide the talent acquisition process, including market intelligence, sourcing strategies, search execution, and offer negotiation.
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment process, including developing position descriptions, creating and managing job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens and interviews, managing the interview process and candidate communication, structuring and extending offers of employment, and negotiating terms of employment.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, and job requirements; track candidates in the applicant tracking system; provide hiring metrics/reports as needed.
- Organize, lead, and document post-interview debrief sessions with Executives and interview teams.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Operations regarding job postings, interview scheduling, interview feedback collection, background checks, pre-employment, and onboarding activities.
- Provide occasional recruiting support for our Global teams.
Required Experience:
- 3yrs+ of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in an executive search firm.
- Significant search execution experience in the Trading, Quantitative areas.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and previous experience using applicant tracking systems.
- Experience using social media, networking tools, and research tools to source candidates.
Strong initiative and sense of urgency, with proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to recruit via strong networks across either Europe, US or Asia.
