As a University Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll manage full life‑cycle university recruitment processes including:

  • Developing position descriptions
  • Creating and managing job postings
  • Reviewing CVs
  • Managing interview processes and candidate communication
  • Structuring and extending offers of employment
  • Other onboarding activities

What you’ll do in this role:

  • Identify and implement creative, impactful and cost‑effective ideas for reaching university students and making an impact on campuses across the globe
  • Represent DRW on campus, ensuring that we are constantly marketing opportunities in a robust and effective manner
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to create and execute the appropriate interviewing, offer generating and closing strategies
  • Provide direction & oversight and partner with Recruiting Coordinator regarding job postings, interview scheduling, interview feedback collection, onboarding activities, etc.
  • Track all interview and candidate activity and configure jobs and interview processes in our applicant tracking system
  • Support in the design and execution of the internship program, ensuring a best‑in‑class experience that drives conversion to full‑time roles

You will be right at home if you:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a technology‑driven industry
  • Are willing to travel extensively to core schools during peak university recruiting cycles
  • Have excellent organization skills and a meticulous attention to detail
  • Have a strong initiative and sense of urgency, as well as proven experience working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Have a strong customer support orientation
  • Are a tenacious problem solver who can effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Take a flexible approach and are willing to constantly adapt in an ever‑changing environment
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoy interacting with people and building relationships
  • Are proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel, as well as other web‑based systems (previous ATS experience a plus)
  • Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
