Trader — Equities & DerivativesWe're looking for an early-career trader with fewer than five years' experience who is currently working at a bank, market maker or buy-side firm. We're open to a broad range of trading backgrounds. The roleYou'll help identify, evaluate and execute trading opportunities, manage risk and develop ideas across equities and derivatives. Analysing market moves, positioning and catalysts to generate trading ideas. Executing trades and managing positions within agreed risk limits. Monitoring exposures, performance and changing market conditions. Developing tools and research to improve trading decisions. Your backgroundYou should currently be in a trading role, with fewer than five years' professional experience. Delta One or dividend trading. We welcome candidates from banks, market makers and buy-side firms, including those working within specialist trading pods. Sound risk judgement and a disciplined approach to trading.
