We have also leveraged our expertise and technology to expand into three non-traditional strategies: real estate, venture capital and cryptoassets.DRW is a place of high expectations, integrity, innovation and a willingness to challenge consensus.We are seeking an Associate General Counsel to support DRW's trading businesses and treasury management function in our London office.Draft, review and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, including Credit Support Annexes and master confirmations, Global Master Repurchase Agreements (GMRA), Global Master Securities Lending Agreements (GMSLA), Master Give-Up Agreements, prime brokerage agreements, portfolio margining agreements, custody agreements and master confirmationsAdvise internal business teams from initial discussions through documentation, execution and ongoing post-execution supportLead legal negotiations with counterparties and coordinate with internal subject matter experts, support groups and outside counselRequired Skills & Experience:At least 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in the UK with a focus on derivativesStrong familiarity with ISDA Master Agreements, including Credit Support Annexes, Global Master Repurchase Agreements (GMRA), Global Master Securities Lending Agreements (GMSLA), prime brokerage agreements, portfolio margining agreements, custody agreements and master confirmationsKnowledge of electronic trading and associated documentationExperience negotiating derivatives and trading documentation with a range of entity typesMust be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and on tight timelinesAbility to effectively communicate at all levels of the firm and across all functional groupsPreferred Skills & Experience:Buy-side experience is preferred but not requiredExperience with digital assets and/or EFETs for physical gas trading is preferred but not requiredFor more information about DRW's processing activities and our use of job applicants' data, please view our Privacy Notice at .
