Responsibilities:
- Identify, define, and support execution of strategic priorities in close collaboration with DRW leadership.
- Deliver concrete and data-based business planning recommendations to senior leaders; assist in the development of comprehensive annual business plans, highlighting resource and planning considerations related to the viability of proposed plans.
- Coordinate with various internal committees to lead key growth initiatives.
- Build relationships across trading groups to identify opportunities and use our unique capabilities to expand into new or incremental opportunities.
- For selected projects, help drive implementation of new initiatives, in partnership with the relevant desk and a dedicated project manager.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience, from a leading financial institution, top-tier consulting firm, or a private equity firm.
- Exceptional analytics and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically.
- Experience performing data-driven analysis.
- Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively leverage data to analyze and quantify new business opportunities.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
