DRW is seeking an Associate General Counsel to support its trading businesses and treasury management in its London office. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements and related documents, advising business teams through documentation, and leading negotiations with counterparties.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years’ UK legal experience in derivatives, strong ISDA/GMRA/GMSLA knowledge, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
