We are looking for an entrepreneurial, highly-driven Business Development Lead to grow our tokenised trading business within DRW's Global Delta One team. You will sit at the intersection between tradfi and blockchain technology, working closely with the established trading team to identify and develop new opportunities in the cutting-edge tokenisation space. This is a role for a business-builder with strategic vision and proven commercial talent.

  • Strategy & Opportunity Development:
    • Identify and prioritise opportunities in tokenised equities and related digital asset products
    • Further develop our commercial strategy for tokenised trading, working closely with trading and technology teams
    • Monitor regulatory developments and competitive landscape across TradFi and crypto markets
  • Business Development & Partnerships:
    • Work with our relationship managers and trading team to maintain existing relationships and liquidity provision arrangements, including with our traditional institutional trading counterparts
    • Lead commercial structuring and negotiations for new products and opportunities
    • Work with internal legal, compliance and operations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in business development, strategy, or commercial roles in financial markets
  • Deep understanding of both TradFi equities markets AND crypto/digital assets – familiarity with tokenisation technology, smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure, as well as equity execution, settlement and financing
  • Proven track record of building early businesses or developing new products or revenue streams
  • Strong network across traditional finance and crypto ecosystems
  • Experience structuring complex commercial partnerships
  • Self-starter mentality - comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy and building from scratch
