We are seeking an Associate General Counsel to support DRW’s trading businesses and treasury management function in our London office.

Duties: Draft, review and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, including Credit Support Annexes and master confirmations, Global Master Repurchase Agreements (GMRA), Global Master Securities Lending Agreements (GMSLA), Master Give-Up Agreements, prime brokerage agreements, portfolio margining agreements, custody agreements and master confirmations Advise internal business teams from initial discussions through documentation, execution and ongoing post-execution support Lead legal negotiations with counterparties and coordinate with internal subject matter experts, support groups and outside counsel Required Skills
