The Role
We’re seeking a confident, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer. You’ll be the right hand to a senior executive, managing calendars, travel, reports, and board materials, while acting as a key point of contact for employees, clients, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Full calendar management and scheduling for senior executives
- Coordinate national and international travel and itineraries
- Prepare board packs, reports, presentations, and legal documents
- Take accurate minutes and track action points
- Support office administration and facilities management
- Maintain confidentiality and high professionalism
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or similar role
- Strong MS Office and digital skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organisation, time management, and communication skills
- Confidence, discretion, and ability to work independently
- Experience reviewing legal documents and supporting senior leadership
