As a Senior HR Operations Specialist, you will report to the HR Director for EMEA and APAC and support HR operations for approximately 100 employees across nine countries. You will own and maintain HR systems and employee data, serving as the regional expert on processes, policies, and compliance.
In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the employee experience by building and improving accessible, locally relevant resources for employees and managers, ensuring greater transparency and consistency across the region.
- HR Systems & Data (Workday)
- Own and manage all employee lifecycle changes in Workday across EMEA and APAC, including hires, updates, and exits.
- Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and timely follow-ups on outstanding actions.
- Partner with global HR Operations teams (US and India) to drive consistency and best practices.
- Collaborate with Workday specialist to enhance system functionality and improve data quality.
- Knowledge, Documentation & Employee Experience
- Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and contracts.
- Create clear, user-friendly “how-to” guides and keep HR knowledge articles up to date.
- Support benefits renewals and ensure employees receive clear, accessible information.
- Manage and organize HR records across systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Deliver a seamless onboarding experience, from system setup to induction sessions.
- Coordinate background checks, documentation, and onboarding plans tailored to each region.
- Manage employee records and ensure documentation is stored accurately.
- Track probation periods and support review processes.
- Coordinate visa support with external partners.
- Respond to employee queries promptly, meeting agreed service levels.
- Payroll Support
- Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized payroll records and meet all processing deadlines.
- Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance processes and employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader business goals.

- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, with CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) or relevant experience.
