We’re Drummond Central, a straight‑talking, free‑thinking employee‑owned agency. Founded in 2004, we help businesses realise their ambitions by delivering bold, creative solutions backed by razor‑sharp strategies. We care about each other, the work we do, and the clients we have. We get a buzz out of creating effective work. So we do our homework, consider every angle, and never settle for safe, samey, or so what? We’re not for everyone. We’re for the bold, for the restless, for the disruptive, for the ambitious.
The role involves delivering high‑quality motion graphics and 3D, whilst leveraging AI to create ads, content and experiences for major clients. You’ll own jobs end‑to‑end and contribute to large‑scale production outputs across a mix of accounts.
- Deliver polished, production‑ready work and AI‑led creative outputs at pace.
- Interrogate briefs and storyboards, identifying creative and technical issues before they become problems, proactively suggesting improvements to the production phase of client projects.
- Work within our established AI workflows and pipelines, proactively improving them through research and development.
- Contribute 3D design and animation where the job calls for it, including product visualisation and stylised elements.
- Present work confidently, internally, and alongside our account handling teams to clients.
- Share your knowledge and help the team around you level up.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong motion craft; After Effects, Premiere Pro and Cinema 4D are second nature.
- Genuine fluency in Generative AI platforms and production workflows; knowledge of Kling, Seedance and Veo is desirable.
- The ability to own complex projects end‑to‑end without losing quality or pace.
- A communicator who can translate technical concepts into plain English for clients and colleagues alike.
- Someone who embraces new tools and sees them as a way to raise the bar.
- Detail‑obsessed and organised.
- Resilient, curious and hungry for knowledge; you learn continuously and share what you find.
If you’re ready to own big productions from brief to delivery, push what AI‑led creative can do further than most, and make ads you’re proud to put your name on, send your CV and reel to jobs@drummondcentral.co.uk with ’Senior Generative AI Motion Designer’ in the subject line.
