The Role
We are looking for a motivated, charismatic individual to lead our group drumming classes with energy and enthusiasm We cater to various age groups and skill levels so you must be able to adapt to different lesson paces, delivering on our school ethos with fun and engaging drum lessons. At Drummers Link, we provide comprehensive lesson plans, minimising the need for extensive outside preparation. All classes are conducted at our convenient Northampton studio, reducing the need for excessive travel.
Required:

Willingness to commute to our Northampton studio.

A passion for teaching and a basic experience in drum instruction.

Comfort with instructing small groups (up to 5 students).

Ability to teach individuals ranging from 6 years old to adults.

Desirable Qualifications:

Previous customer-facing roles.

Music degree or equivalent.

Prior experience in teaching group classes.

We offer comprehensive training in our lesson formats to ensure your success in the teaching role. Your enthusiasm and our structured lesson plans make a winning combination. During school holidays, lessons pause, but there\’s an option to offer workshops throughout.

Pay Rate:
£19.00-£24.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).
