The Role
We're looking for multiple hungry, self-starting graduate Sales Representatives to join the commercial team and drive new revenue across all markets. This is a fast-paced role with short sales cycle. You'll be running your own outbound motion from day one, targeting new annual & pilot opportunities and getting deals across the line quickly. You'll work directly with and report to our CCO, getting hands-on commercial coaching and real exposure to enterprise deals as you grow. If you want to learn sales properly, not shuffle decks in a support role, this is the job.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running outbound prospecting daily across LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate new pipeline
- Owning the full sales cycle from first touch to close
- Hitting and exceeding monthly revenue targets
- Qualifying inbound leads quickly and converting them efficiently
- Managing your pipeline accurately in CRM with minimal hand-holding
- Partnering with the CCO on messaging, ICP refinement, and go-to-market execution
- Acting as a product expert, demoing Drumbeat confidently and handling objections
- Feeding market intelligence back into the team to sharpen positioning
What We’re Looking For
- From newly graduated to 2 years in a sales or commercial role (SDR, BDR, AE, or similar preferably SaaS. Internships count)
- Demonstrable hunger to prospect, pitch, and close – not just support
- Clear, confident communicator both written and verbal
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with rejection
- Organised and able to manage a high-volume pipeline without dropping balls
- Genuine interest in AI, SaaS, or B2B sales technology

- Experience using a CRM
- Familiarity with outbound sequencing tools or sales tech stacks
