As an Arts Administrator , you will play a key role in the daily operations and strategic support of Drum Prodigy Singaporeβs programs and events. You will help ensure the smooth coordination of classes, performances, and community outreach initiatives while supporting our instructors and creative team. Coordinate scheduling and logistics for music classes, workshops, and performances
Communicate with clients, parents, schools, and partner organisations
Manage class rosters, attendance, and administrative databases
Assist with marketing efforts β social media updates, newsletters, and outreach materials
Handle basic finance-related tasks β invoicing, payments, and budget tracking
Support in grant applications, reporting, and fundraising efforts
Provide general admin support to the artistic and teaching teams
Help in the planning and execution of public and community events
Able to work on weekends ( both Saturdays and Sundays )
Key Competencies: Proven track record in roles involving communications, stakeholders' engagement, operations, sales and accounts or related fields.
Track record of strong project management skills.
Excellent written and spoken english.
Clear thinking and making sound judgements
Working effectively with stakeholders and partners.
Strong empathy and ability to understand diversity or people, communities and families.
Collaborative team player.
