KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and lead a team of furniture installers on-site Attend site meetings and liaise directly with clients and contractors Ensure installations are completed on time, to specification, and to a high standard Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and ensure health & safety compliance Coordinate van loading, delivery, and offloading of furniture Act as the first point of contact for the team and report directly to company director Identify and resolve any on-site issues efficiently Take photos and keep accurate records of completed work REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in furniture installations or office fit-outs Strong leadership skills and a proactive attitude Confident dealing with clients and contractors Excellent time management and organisational skills Full UK driving licence (essential) SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (preferred but not essential) CSCS card (preferred β or willingness to obtain) Ability to read floorplans/drawings is a bonus WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive salary Company van and uniform provided Clear progression opportunities as the business expands Work on high-profile projects across London and beyond Be part of a growing, supportive, and ambitious team
