The role

With a passion for customer solutions and a naturally curious nature, the Saturday Office Coordinator will work with their team to provide support and an unwavering commitment to our clients. This is a Saturday role based in our Chiswick branch supporting both sales and lettings through the following:

  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information to customers, clients, and colleagues
  • Ensure that office policies and procedures are followed, including maintaining data confidentiality and protecting sensitive information
  • Maintaining an understanding of available stock and our property portfolio
  • Ensure the front office is presentable and tidy at all times
  • Signing keys in and out for move-ins and contractors
  • Perform administrative tasks as required
  • Copying and verifying ID for tenants and clients
  • Dealing with incoming post – scanning and saving to the correct file

This is an onsite role, the hours are 10am-4pm every Saturday.
