We are only just starting to unlock the potential of what @Druce is capable of, and our Saturday Office Coordinator is going to help us achieve this together. These roles are highly valuable to our success, and we are incredibly excited to introduce this opportunity to the market. The role With a passion for customer solutions and naturally curious nature, the Saturday Office Coordinator will work with their team to provide support and an unwavering commitment to our clients. This is a Saturday role based in our Chiswick branch supporting both sales and lettings through the following: Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information to customers, clients, and colleagues Ensure that office policies and procedures are followed, including maintaining data confidentiality and protecting sensitive information Maintaining an understanding of available stock and our property portfolio Ensure the front office is presentable and tidy at all times Signing keys in and out for move-ins and contractors Perform administrative tasks as required Copying and verifying ID for tenants and clients Dealing with incoming post – scanning and saving to the correct file The person @Druce we’re different – and that means we attract different people. We are looking to enlist people who embody this through: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, clients, and colleagues Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy This is an onsite role , the hours are 10am-4pm every Saturday .
