We are only just starting to unlock the potential of what @Druce is capable of, and our Consultant opportunity is going to help us achieve this together. These roles are highly valuable to our success, and we are incredibly excited to introduce this opportunity to the market. We have multiple vacancies across our prime central London branches.
The role
- With a passion for the London residential market, we are looking to enlist a Consultant with the freedom to progress both sales and lettings deals.
- Possess a detailed understanding of all properties listed within the individual’s own portfolio, area and region.
- Receive all incoming leads for applicants across both Sales and Lettings, qualify applicants thoroughly and build strong relationships to understand and support their property needs.
- Identify suitable properties for applicants and arrange viewings accordingly.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Continue communication and requalify applicants to generate further viewings and offers.
- Lead and progress the sales and lettings process once under offer, coordinating all stakeholders and leveraging administration team support to ensure smooth and timely progression of the deal.
- Ensure readiness of the property before the move-in date with support from Property Management, as necessary.
- Actively up-sell and cross-sell our additional products to all customers engaging with @Druce (e.g. insurance, mortgage etc.).
- Proactively source new listing opportunities for Druce through daily call-outs.
The person
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a real estate sales and/or lettings environment.
- Highly self-driven individual with ability to create, maintain and develop relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and able to connect with clients, both in-person and over the phone.
- Ability to understand market trends, local competition and specific property attributes, in addition to being able to articulate the @Druce Difference to potential customers.
- Strong ability to negotiate and influence customer’s decision-making.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of both the Sales and Lettings processes, document requirements, regulations, compliance and overall market.
- Capability to excel in a dynamic environment and juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
