- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries.
The person we are looking for should embody the following:
- Experience in a customer service or sales environment.
- A bachelor’s degree with relevant qualifications preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and able to connect with clients, both in-person and over the phone.
- Highly motivated to provide the best customer service and develop relationships over the long term.
- Strong work ethic with a systematic approach to Sales.
- Highly ambitious individuals who want to develop and succeed in the world of real estate.
What’s in it for you?
Aside from an opportunity to embed yourself in the exciting developments we’re working on, this is an exceptional opportunity to set yourself apart from the standard real estate journey. We truly believe the success of what we’re doing is underpinned by our people, and with hard work comes reward. So, what’s in it for you?
- Above market basic salary.
- Commission on leads and referrals.
- Generous annual leave, increasing annually with tenure.
