We are only just starting to unlock the potential of what @Druce is capable of, and our Saturday Office Coordinator is going to help us achieve this together. These roles are highly valuable to our success, and we are incredibly excited to introduce this opportunity to the market.
The role
With a passion for customer solutions and naturally curious nature, the Saturday Office Coordinator will work with their team to provide support and an unwavering commitment to our clients. This is a Saturday role based in our Chiswick branch supporting both sales and lettings through the following:
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information to customers, clients, and colleagues.
- Ensure that office policies and procedures are followed, including maintaining data confidentiality and protecting sensitive information.
- Maintaining an understanding of available stock and our property portfolio.
- Ensure the front office is presentable and tidy at all times.
- Signing keys in and out for move-ins and contractors.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
- Copying and verifying ID for tenants and clients.
- Dealing with incoming post – scanning and saving to the correct file.
