This is a highly valuable role within our business, acting as the operational backbone of the area and ensuring our branches, systems and teams are supported to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role:

  • Welcome and greet new and existing customers entering the branch, ensuring a professional and friendly experience
  • Manage incoming calls, enquiries and complaints with a high level of customer service
  • Maintain the presentation and professional standards of the office, including reception areas, meeting rooms and window displays
  • Manage office inventory, supplies, equipment and key management, ensuring the branch is fully stocked and functional
  • Maintain the branch key register daily, ensuring all keys are accurately logged and accounted for
  • Coordinate with external suppliers, contractors and service providers, including cleaners, maintenance technicians and IT support
  • Monitor branch facilities and report maintenance, damage, faults and health and safety concerns as required
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
  • Support Front Office colleagues across Sales, Lettings and New Homes with administrative requirements
  • Assist with new property listings, marketing updates and progression administration
  • Order and manage area marketing collateral, including brochures, window cards and promotional materials
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM and database records, ensuring a consistently high level of data quality
  • Assist with Land Registry searches and wider property-related administration
  • Support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and customer due diligence processes
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and adherence to company policies, processes and regulatory requirements

The person:

  • Experience in a customer service, administrative or sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with clients both in person and over the phone
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • A self-motivated individual who can work autonomously and confidently manage multiple priorities
  • A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and building long-term relationships
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to support multiple teams effectively
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and email platforms
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to resolving issues and supporting colleagues
  • Highly motivated and ambitious, with a desire to develop and succeed within the world of real estate
  • The ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to a high-performing team
