Role Description: This is a locus, on-site role for a diagnostic Sonographer based in Ipswich, Suffolk. In this role, the Sonographer will perform diagnostic ultrasound scans, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and patient safety. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing patients for procedures
- Operating ultrasound equipment
- Interpreting findings
- Providing detailed reports reviewed by consultant radiologists
The Sonographer will collaborate closely with clinicians to ensure high-quality patient care and support the team in delivering exceptional outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in ultrasound imaging, including hands-on experience in diagnostic ultrasound procedures
- Certification through HCPC is highly valued
