We deliver a range of occupational health services including pre-commencement health assessments, case management referrals, health surveillance, vaccinations, and health promotion activities.
We are looking for someone who is committed to excellence and dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will need to be able to work independently and take initiative, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality care to clients.
The successful candidate will have a degree in nursing or equivalent nursing qualification and current registration with the NMC. We are open to applicants new to the Occupational Health sector with the relevant experience, and will help you develop your nursing skills and gain experience in the occupational health field. An enhanced DBS check will be required and you must be able to travel within the Surrey/Hampshire area.
Purpose of the Role
To provide occupational health clinical services to our clients including vaccinations, phlebotomy, wellbeing and health surveillance clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments: pre-employment health assessments, health surveillance, and periodic health assessments.
- Deliver health promotion activities: delivery of individual and group health promotion activities.
- Undertake vaccination and phlebotomy services.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, medical confidentiality and work within GDPR.
- Ensure that equipment is maintained, calibrated and safe for use.
