As the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Screening Advisor you’ll be carrying out health screening and surveillance for our officers and staff, making sure they have the support they need in their day-to-day role. You will promote health and wellbeing, setting up clinics and undertaking pre-placement health assessments. Your work will directly contribute to the safety and resilience of our team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering efficient health and wellbeing assessments
  • Providing professional and appropriate health advice
  • Assisting other clinicians within the department

The must haves:

  • Registered nurse (adult branch/ RGN) with current level one NMC registration
  • Knowledge of health surveillance and fitness for work assessments
  • Ability to make and support routine decisions using initiative and judgement through review of medical information and testing data
